One Vision One Fitness has everything you need to get sweaty and to get clean again. We have showering and changing facilities for everyone, boys, girls and disabled access.

Our Showers are designed to be clean, comfortable and make you feel at home. We have freestanding basins, soap dispensers and mirrors, hairdryer in the ladies and clean hand towels that are changed daily.

The changing rooms are located at the rear of the gym so once you are changed its straight to work.
